Remove the Parliamentary Vote of all MP's who have changed party allegiance
Members of Parliament who have changed political party, or become an Independent MP without holding a by-election, should not have the privilege to vote in Parliament without the demonstrable proof of support and recognition of their previous party constituents.
If this proof cannot be provided, he/she should be suspended from voting until an immediate by-election is held.
All political parties have a Mandate. All of these differ. If an MP crosses the floor of the House of Commons, they support another Mandate which you, the constituent, may not agree to.
This petition is not about Brexit, but about doing the right thing for the electorate.
