Consider allowing capital punishment for serious child sex offenders.
Research shows that child sex offenders will on a high percentage never be rehabilitated because they see it as there sexuality. Those who repeat there crime, are dangerous or have committed crimes beyond the capability of human beings should face the possibility of capital punishment.
