Jacob Rees-Mogg used parliamentary privilege to liken NHS consultant David Nicholl to disgraced anti-vaccine campaigner doctor Andrew Wakefield. His subsequent apology outside of parliament will not be reflected on the record. He needs to apologise on the record.
