Hold a second referendum on EU membership
A referendum result is not binding. It is merely an expression of opinion at a moment in time. The 2016 referendum result was tainted by misleading promises. Negotiations with the EU prove this.
Almost half votes polled in the referendum were not to leave the EU. Since then these remainers have barely had a voice. Analysis of the BBC discussions.
