Add Mental Health awareness to the curiculum
as a recent study showed every 1 person out 4 is likely to experience a mental health problem. Currently in society there is a stigma around mental health and mental health talk. I believe that people should talk openly and freely about their mental health in order to get support
I believe that more mental health awareness should be available which is why I think it is vital that it should be added to the school curriculum in order to teach young people the vital information that is needed to help deal with future events that may happen. As 50% of mental health problems are established by age 14 which is why I am hoping that by adding awareness to the curiculum people will have the confidence to talk about there mental health freely and openly. Removing the stigma.
