Stop MP's changing parties until announcing a by-election & stand down from a MP
Certain MP's lately have swapped parties and still continued to be MP's without their constituencies having any say, it should therefore be made unlawful to swapp without first standing down and calling for a by-election
Chuka Umunna has swapped three times in as many months
Phillip Lee defected just before important votes could be construed as alleged illegal activities are just two examples these MP's seem to be looking after themselves and not the constituencies
