MPs can't switch party or become independent without being elected by the public
Members of Parliament who have disagreed with their party or have been sacked and have walked across the house to join with another party and in some cases more than once in recent months.
Since 10th July 2017 - 73 Members of Parliament have either switched parties or gone independent without being elected by the Public. The public have the right to choose their member of Parliament either at a by-election or a General Election it is not the right of a member of Parliament just to switch allegiance because of a disagreement or being sacked. This is part of our Democracy.
