Petition Action

Outlawing of automated recorded telemarketing calls

Additional Information

Registering with the toothless TPS seems to have little or no effect on companies using automated messages advertising recovery of miss - sold PPI or trying to incite accident compensation claims. These calls are a major nuisance and people should be protected in their own homes from this invasion of privacy. I would propose to make illegal the indiscriminate automated calling using recorded messages.
