Petition Action

Remove Parental responsibility from parents with convictions against children

Petition Details

details
Convicted Paedophiles and sex offenders with children born after 2003 still have legal rights and responsibilities over their children. This needs to change as no parent or guardian should have to fight in a family court to have those rights revoked.
Please help me get 100000 signatures...

Additional Information

Asking the Government to rescind parental responsibility from both domestically violent people and paedophiles. If someone is convicted for domestic violence, the judge should rescind their Parental Responsibility rights so the abusive party cannot use the courts to continue their control. Judges should end Parental Responsibility permanently for convicted paedophiles.
