Ban Parking on ALL Footpaths, Lazy, Dangerous for The Blind, Disabled Scooters.
London has a Ban so why not Everywhere, Bias.
The Councils have to Repair them due to Footpaths NOT made to carry Traffic, Money could go elsewhere.
The Disabled and their Scooters have Problems getting through, The Blind, The Elderly, Pushchairs and Young Children who may run around Vehicles.
We are going backwards and will join Third World countries where it’s a free for all, Push and Shoving
