Sack Ed Smith as chairman of selectors for the England Cricket team.
The 2019 Ashes Series was lost as a result of a badly selected team. The starting 11 were persistently reselected, despite poor performances. Ed Smith is selecting players based upon the hype which they have developed playing with the white ball, rather than on first class performance.
