As an impartial head of state the Queen should head a caretaker government.
Political parties are failing to provide social stability for the people of the UK and any political intelligence going forward. Put whether you are a monarchist aside. The only person who has repeatedly proved over the decades to genuinely have the interests of the country at heart is the Queen.
