Review and overhaul honours system. Make it more reflective of public opinion
Today we have seen the 41 honours Teresa may has awarded. These honours do not reflect public opinion. This is true of David Cameron and Tony Blair and this system should recognise normal people and make the Lords more reflective of society with people who actually work selflessly for others
Just look at the honours lists over the last 10-15 years
