Implement Anti tax avoidance package by 1/1/2020 regardless when Brexit occurs
If the UK doesn’t leave the EU by 1 January 2020, then the government has to transpose the EU Anti Tax Avoidance Directive into UK law, thus getting an extra £20b a year from tax-dodgers. Implementation would be a good thing regardless of Brexit, and prove this was not a motivator for Brexit.
There have been a number of articles suggesting that the urgency to leave the EU was motivated by this directive. This undermines public confidence in the government and this would be a win-win way to improve that and get extra revenue.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The Finance Act 2019 includes measures to ensure the UK is compliant with the Anti-Tax Avoidance Directive, so we're not sure exactly what you'd like the UK Government or Parliament to do.
