Introduce the registration numbers for cyclist.
Every day we see cyclist crossing the red light not paying any attention to the pedestrians or cycling on pavements. We all have heard stories when a pedestrian was hurt after being hit by cyclists. Some of the incidents were fatal. Drivers face the challenge everyday.
