Petition Details

Amendment of the Recall of MPs Act 2015 to add the following recall conditions

(i) An MP becoming a member of a different party to that he or she was originally elected to represent.
(ii) Any MP whose actions that can be considered to be gross incompetence in most other sectors of employment.
