Make polling day a saturday or sunday for the next uk general election.
A weekend polling day for the next uk general election should be introduced to make voting easier and so maximise the turnout and mandate.
Midweek voting days are less convenient in general. And postal voting means the electorate do not hear all the political arguments upto polling day itself.
