Change the law so if anyone hits a cat they are permitted to stop and report it.
Unfortunately my daughters cat who was pregnant was hit with a car and left to die in the street! I want the law to be changed so if you do hit a cat, you should be required to stop and report the accident. Cats are family/pets too not just dogs.
I don't think its fair how cats are left to die on the side of roads after being knocked over by cars! They have owners too. Not just dogs. Hundreds of cats a year get killed needlessly by drivers. Unfortunately not everyone sees them as pets, they just hit them and leave them and it a just not fair.
