Make it Illegal for the Government to withhold Information from the Public
It should be illegal for the UK Government to withhold information relating to decision-making from the British Public. All Political & Policy Information must be placed in the Public Domain either via Hansard or Govt websites - So that the Public can make ‘Informed Decisions’ at All Times.
The British Public need to be Fully Informed about Government policy to facilitate better decision making. The UK Government should not be allowed to withhold information which could hinder public understanding of decisions made in their name. All matters before the Govt or Courts must be available for Public Scrutiny & Information either via Hansard or Govt websites - So that the Public can make ‘Informed Decisions’ at All Times relating to who are their elected representatives in Parliament.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 gives a general right of access to information held by public authorities, subject to some exemptions such as where disclosing information would be harmful to another person or against the public interest. The law says public authorities must comply with requests unless an exemption applies, so we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
You can find out more about the Act, Freedom of Information requests and the exemptions here:

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
