We the electorate , demand a general election .
We the electorate , demand a general election .
Our Government has called on the opposition party ( Labour ) to support a general election for the purpose of completing and fulfilling the result of a referendum held in 2016.
Labour has refused .
With parliament in gridlock a general election must be held in order to uphold the 2016 referendum and preserve democracy .
In 2016, 17.4 m voters voted in the referendum to leave the European Union . The largest winning democratic vote in history .
But whilst Labour refuse to participate in a General Election , along with renegading on their own 2017 manifesto pledge to uphold the result , there can be no way forward out of a gridlocked parliament .
We demand a General Election .
