Means test food couriers if they should be employed or be self employed.

Petition Details

Food couriers that work for companies like Deliveroo, UberEats, Stuart, JustEat and various other flavours. Have been recruited and they either work solely for the one company for more than 37 hours a week and those that don't make enough money, may work across other companies.

This bill has been passed by the US but there is not a UK equivalent.

We understand you're concerned about food couriers but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. In particular, we're not sure what you mean by a means test or in what cirucmstances you want people to be recognised as employees.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
