Nationalise all mortgages held in goverment owned banks

Additional Information

All banks that have been bailed out by the British tax payer by at least 50% should have all mortgages bought out by the goverment and all payments made to the treasury. This will allow the recouping of moneys paid into the banking system and allow a further protection for home owners during these austere times.
