Social Services Transparency
I hereby petition to change social services transparency by including the ability to record conversations in meetings held with social services by digital means allowing parents and children to refer back to these recordings when information written down was either not correct or mis-understood.
this will ensure the true facts are collected as written down 'meeting minutes' are sometimes inaccurate or completly false.
furthermore I would request that the recordings be available to the people involved in the meetings so they can be used in evidence or history research.
