Change the law so that proroguing parliament requires an MPs' supporting vote

Petition Details

Irrespective of support for Brexit or not, the current situation has shown that there is a potential for abuse of power in proroguing parliament. Therefore this loophole should be closed by requiring a simple majority vote to allow the Prime Minister to request the prorogation of parliament.
