Legislate MPs leaving their party have a new bi-election within 3 months.

Petition Details

A candidate standing for a party he represents and becomes an MP, then leaves to stand as an independant, or joins an opposition party. They should stand in a new bi-election as they no longer represent their constituents viewpoint.
