Create a Jack's law, booster seats compulsory in taxi's in the uk.
I am a children's rights campaigner who gives children the best possible voice. I very often see children and babies being carried in taxis either on someones knee/lap or are not on booster seats.
As a result of this each child is at risk of harm or serious injury.
I have approached many taxi drivers and offices and was told it is not law but did agree that it should be made law.
Councils issue licences to taxi drivers while missing a simple safeguarding clause to protect children from future risk of harm.
