Change the Draconian Dart Crossing Penalty Charges imposed on Motorists
The amount of Motorists being penalised by huge penalty charges is out of all proportion to the failure to pay the Dart Charge within 24 hours
A check on and a release of information on the amount of money being raised annually by the use of the Dart Charge penalty system should be made Public
