Force MP’s who change party to have an immediate by-election.
Most people vote for a party and not for an individual. So if an elected member of parliament leaves the party they stood for when elected, they should give the people who voted them in a chance to re- vote. As soon as possible.
MP’s should not represent their own agenda, but should represent the people who voted for them.
