If the PM is ruled against, make the cabinet personally liable for legal fees
Make the cabinet personally liable for all legal fees if the supreme court rule that the government have missinformed the Queen regarding their intentions of the prorogation of parliament.
They would have taken on this court case knowing they had lied. So make them pay the fees. Not the tax payers!
Depending on the ruling. If they knowingly lied, the government wasted a lot of money to buy themselves time. The cabinet have collective responsibility. Nobody from the cabinet spoke up. Gove, Reese-Mog and others endorsed the potential lies. If ruled against, they should be made to fund ALL legal fees that were encured from the supreme court case. They should take personal responsibility for their actions and not let the public pay for their lies.
