Introduce Automatic Delay Repay for TfL journeys.
TfL should provide automatic refunds for passengers who are entitled to compensation for a delay on the London Underground.
Many Train Operating Companies in the UK offer automatic compensation for delays, commonly known as 'Automatic Delay Repay'.
TfL can use their records of journey information (from Oyster card/Contactless Payments), together with recorded delays to calculate which passengers are owed money and how much.
