Install anti climb fencing on the M53.
In 2017 Wirral had a suicide rate of 10.1/100,000 compared to the whole of England being 9.1/100,000 which will have now increased. More than once a week suicides and attempted suicides are happening on the M53 which not only has a devastating affect on the individual but for the people driving also
