Amend the Dangerous Dogs Act to include dog on dog attacks.
Walter, The Lytham Legend; a rescue dog loved by the people of Lytham was brutally attacked & there is no law in place to hold the owner of the other dog accountable. The other dog had also attacked 5 other dogs but over 6 months before & the dog warden couldn't include those attacks.
