Teach scots gealic in primary and secondary schools all over britain
I was deprived from learning this growing up and would have loved to learn it sooner now its taught in some places but not all schools and would be very good for children in particular in scotland to learn this old language
This hasent been taught in schools for decades.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition as the Scottish Government is responsible for education in Scotland. That means that the UK Government and Parliament can't look into it.
The Scottish Parliament has its own Public Petitions Committee. If you'd like to send your petition to the Scottish Parliament, you can find out more here:
http://www.scottish.parliament.uk/gettinginvolved/petitions/index.aspx
Education is also devolved in Wales. You could start a new petition asking to make Scottish Gaelic part of the national curriculum in England if that's something you'd like to see happen.
