Change the number of season's from four to five in England
Currently in England we have four seasons which doesn't fully reflect the climate in England. I propose that we add a season in-between winter before we get to the spring season which shall be called "Welly Season".
Winter: 22 December 2019 - 20 March 2020
New Season: 'Welly Season' 26 Feb 2020 - 20 March 2020
