Scottish referendum
If there is a Scottish referendum on independence, there should be a similar one for all the other UK residents with the same options. - This referendum will give the English, Welsh, and Northern Irish the opportunity to expel an expensive, annoying, and un-necessary part of the UK. - The result should be binding on the UK government and should occur after a Scottish referendum and IRRESPECTIVE of the result.
