Compulsory for vehicles on roads to have their dipped headlights on at all times

Petition Details

The amount of vehicles on the roads with no lights on during inclement weather and when it's getting dark etc. are almost invisible. It should be made compulsory for vehicles on the roads to have them on at all times. It works in Norway and Sweden and quite a few other countries. See and be seen.
