Allow Scottish Parliament a referendum on its own terms
In the interests of promoting the principles of democracy, and the human right to self-determination, we call on the Government to support the Scottish Parliament in holding a referendum on independence/further devolution. We call on the Government to place no conditions on the wording or timing of this referendum, and to pledge to grant to Scotland any legislative powers necessary for such a referendum to be legally possible.
