Boris Johnson must resign as Prime Minister after acting unlawfully
The supreme court found the government led by Boris Johnson acted unlawfully in proroguing parliament. this is the most unconstitutional act a serving PM could make and the democracy of our nation is dependant upon the scrutiny of our sovereign parliament.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The resignation of the Prime Minister would be an individual decision for that person, and not a decision for the Government or Parliament as a whole.
If you're concerned about a particular policy or decision that's the responsibility of Government or Parliament, you could start a petition about that.
