Urge Boris Johnson to resign after the ruling of the Supreme Court.

Petition Details

Boris Johnson should do the decent thing and resign after the unanimous decision by 11 judges of the Supreme Court that he acted unlawfully in proroguing parliament. He has broken the law, misled the Queen and the public.

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

The resignation of the Prime Minister would be an individual decision for that person, and not a decision for the Government or Parliament as a whole.

If you're concerned about a particular policy or decision that's the responsibility of Government or Parliament, you could start a petition about that.
