The Prime Minister Boris Johnson should resign.
The Supreme Court has ruled that PM Johnson unlawfully suspended Parliament. Unlawful conduct is not compatible with continuing to hold the office of PM. If PM Johnson refuses to resign voluntarily, Parliament should take the necessary measures to eject him from office.
Evidence : Judgement of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom dated 24th September 2019.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The resignation of the Prime Minister would be an individual decision for that person, and not a decision for the Government or Parliament as a whole.
If you're concerned about a particular policy or decision that's the responsibility of Government or Parliament, you could start a petition about that.
