Parliament to debate a new referendum to leave or remain in the EU, immediately.
The parliamentary process has reached stalemate on the subject of Brexit. The question of Brexit needs to be resolved. A further referendum will give the people a final decision about the future of the country.
The people of this country now have a better understanding of what the question of leaving or remaining in the European Union now involves. The people of the United Kingdom now can give an informed decision on remaining or leaving the European Union.
