PM Boris Johnson must resign, replaced with a temporary unity government.
The ruling by the Supreme Court that the action by PM Boris Johnson to prorogue Parliament was unlawful makes his position untenable. The current government has no majority so therefore it should be replaced with a temporary unity government that can command the confidence of the house of commons.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The resignation of the Prime Minister would be an individual decision for that person, and not a decision for the Government or Parliament as a whole.
If you're concerned about a particular policy or decision that's the responsibility of Government or Parliament, you could start a petition about that.
