Boris Johnson to tender his resignation immediately
The Supreme Court has ruled that Mr Johnson had acted unlawfully in suspending parliament until 14th October. It has also ruled that this act was “void and of no effect”. Mr Johnson has eroded trust by both misleading the Queen and the British Public and should resign immediately.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The resignation of the Prime Minister would be an individual decision for that person, and not a decision for the Government or Parliament as a whole.
If you're concerned about a particular policy or decision that's the responsibility of Government or Parliament, you could start a petition about that.
