Having been found to have acted unlawfully, the Prime Minister must resign.
On Tuesday 24 September 2019 the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom found via an unequivocal and unanimous judgement that the Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, had acted unlawfully in the Proroguing of Parliament. As a result, the Prime Minister must resign.
