A Prime Minister who acts unlawfully shall face a vote of no confidence by law.
The United Kingdom deserves leadership by those who are able to follow the rule of law. It should be a basic assumption that Prime Ministers will not break the law, and a Prime Minister found to have acted unlawfully should automatically face a vote of no confidence in the house of commons.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept petitions about appointments, which includes calling for Ministers, including the Prime Minister, to be sacked or for a vote of no confidence.
In any case, its MPs can already call a vote of no confidence in a Prime Minister.
