Limit the ability of an outgoing Prime Minister to grant Resignation Honours.
In certain circumstances it may be justified to limit the ability of an outgoing Prime Minister to grant Resignation Honours, for example, if a Prime Minister had been found by the Supreme Court to have trampled on the Constitution and given unlawful advice to Her Majesty The Queen.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the UK Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what 'limits' you'd like the Government or Parliament to put in place. In particular, we aren't sure whether you'd like a cap on the number of honours that the PM can nominate or whether you'd like other restrictions put in place.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
