Allow petitions that ask to remove Government Ministers from office
People should be able to petition the Government and Parliament asking to remove Government Ministers from office.
The Supreme Court ruled on 24 September 2019 that the Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, had acted unlawfully when he advised Her Majesty to prorogue Parliament, but the rules for petitions prevent us from petitioning for his resignation or removal from office.
