Justify the licensing of £2.2 million worth of arms to nations that will use them to repress their people.
After a brief revoking of licences last year, due to the pressure of the arab spring, it looks overwhelmingly as if the government has returned to its old ways of arming nations with track records of repressing their people. If this is wrong can ministers explain why and if not justify the UK's return to supplying arms to regimes that continue to quash protests with violence.
