Review oversight of the justice system following prorogation rejection by court
In view of the decision by the Supreme Court to reject Boris Johnson’s prorogation of Parliament and the potential reduced confidence in the judicial system for some, it is politely requested that Parliament takes the following measures to increase confidence in the judiciary, court system and law:
1. Monitor judicial decisions for bias, e.g. Brexit, gender etc. as the appeals process is expensive.
2. The Supreme Court and judges deal with many different branches of law, this may result in unfair judgments. Specialization/more training to be required of judges.
3. Funding available so the courts have more time to look at cases, and allow a wider range of judicial applicants.
4. Many face court hearings without representation. Ensure all common law precedents available for free on-line.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can only accept petitions which call for actions that are the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament. It's not the responsibility of the Government or Parliament to review judicial decisions.
You could start a new petition calling for a clear action that is the responsibility of the Government or Parliament, for example a petition calling for increased funding for the courts or for legal aid, if those are things you want to happen.
