Petition Action

Abolish the Supreme Court by Act of Parliament

Petition Details

By pretending to have the authority to cancel an Order signed by Her Majesty's own hand, the Supreme Court have attempted to seize power, and disrupt our constitutional settlement.

They must be abolished forthwith, and the court of highest resort returned to the House of Lords.

Additional Information

We make no judgement on whether the judgement was biased, or on the lawfulness of the Prime Minister's advice - but by cancelling the Order to prorogue Parliament, the Court has exceeded its authority and is a threat to proper constitutional order, whereby the Crown is at the head of all three branches of government.
